• Expertise in Project Cargo Management, Ro Ro and Break Bulk. Also expertise in chartering Bulk Carrier & Tug/Barges, Landing Craft and special equipment for over-sized cargoes.

• Mr. Heng play a vital role and responsibilities for Sales and Marketing & Business Development for Alliance International Shipping. He has been involved in  project management team and develop the relationship with Oil & Gas industry players around the globe.

• Mr. Jaya started his career in Electrical & Electronic Engineering field and having 18 years of working experience in several industries.
• He has experience in Warehouse, Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management
• He is also having extensive experience in Procurement in the Oil & Gas sector in all phases of procurement
• He acquired Honours Degree in Logistics and Transport Management
• He is also the Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MCILT)
• Mr. Jaya role and responsibilities is to lead the Operations and Management Team to ensure the level of Alliance International Shipping services meet and exceed customers' expectation and also to monitor and motivate all departments for continuous and consistent improvement.
